If Amcom shares drop significantly below that level compared to Vocus you could buy up on Amcom and get a bonus from the exchange. Similarly, if Amcom shares rise significantly above the exchange rate you could sell your Amcom and buy Vocus and be better off than if you'd waited for the deal to go through.
