So for those who think that the minister's decision is final and cannot be challenged in the Federal or High courts then you are wrong.
No one in this country is beyond the law.
There have been many immigration cases heard at both the Federal and High courts, challenging the decisions of the Minister for Immigration and Multicultural Affairs for visa entry permits.
