I sent my money in yesterday and I have already taken up my allotment. I am not confident the BOD are savvy enough to do anything for us (they think they are clever but score an F for long term shareholders) but I hope the people genuinely interested in LC or the whole business are smart enough to realise they would probably have to pay more or fight over LC if we go under. Making a low ball offer most shareholders would accept (not happy but accept) is better than losing it in a fight later on.
We have a true asset, we all seem to accept this but have a bunch is tossers lacking communication skills in control. The BOD so far have made MNC the Zimbabwe of the ASX.
