The revenue comes from 1. the design 2. the chip royalty.

For the brainchip to work it has to be trained. Egh train it to speak English and/or all languages.
That knowledge base is then saved on a computer probably as an image file.
The amount of time and human resources to train the brainchip to learn must cost money- This being a business, that incvestment of time and people power would be extremeely valuable

So the software files of the learnt knowledge base of a brainchip can be instantly put into other brainchips.
The amount of time and money that is saved from instant accreditation of a particular knowledge base, would be another revenue stream that surely must be exploited by Peter, who is making sure he has controll of everything so far.

I reckon the value of the software knowledge base files would be extremely valuable and the company should somehow be mainting control over possible revenue from these. Yet none of this has yet been disclosed or discussed.
