    perfectstage, i've been in contact with a somalian with his ear to the ground in puntland. I've been informed that the Garowe news articles are grossly exagerated because of political agendas, most somalians welcome the investment range is making in their country. The somalians who are generally against range's involvement are the expats living in developed countries.
