condor and DrArthur ..... my interpretation of RRS's announcements esp the bit "to some extent ..... " strongly suggests that all is not well, and to some degree (as The RRS ann admits) the poster "puntland" is correct.
Yet you want to totally dismiss puntland's posts and imply that they are lies!
