Adriano - I don't think everything relies on the re-finance, but it will ease the pain. You are right in saying its a tough sell to new financiers, so its no surprise to expect delays. As a long term holder and recent accumulator (doubled up broke all the rules), I'd be a liar if I didn't say I was sweating on the quarterly! So its either a 50ft yacht or a 9ft rubber dingy - what are my chances?
