I was involved in the NAB class action. I must say, we won (settled out of court), the funders did very nicely, no fight, minimal costs, quick profit, the lawyers did okay too.
It was just the ordinary punters that actually lost money in the first place, that only got about 10 cents in the dollar. I swore off ambulance chasing lawyers after that.
