Sorry for not doing my own research first before posting the question but maybe someone can just produce a quick answer....does anyone know if the US army is also funding any other TBI research or have they got their funding mostly directed to NEU? I can imagine it will sit well with the FDA to have a large vested US interest, not that it should matter!
