I will try to explain you are wrong with your calculation

Eg. if not converted 1 mil Tail x 0.05c = $50000 ( sell in the Market)

Cost of the above minimum purchase .001c = $1000 Profit = $49000

if converted 1 mil Tail = 1 mil head and pay exercise price 0.009 Option A=$9k

Cost of the above minimum purchase .001c and pay exercise price 0.009
Option A = $10k


Then, 1 mil Head x 10c ( Head likely double price of Tail) = 100k. - $9k = $91000 net.

Then, 1 mil Head x 10c = 100k, cost converted = $10k Profit = $90k

On the above scenario 1Mil oppis not converted sp 10c say today's timeline then oppis could well be traveling @ 9.5c

Sell 1mil oppis @ 9.5c = $95k cost of Oppis $1k Profit = $94K

Say for arguments sake you have 15M oppis purchased @ .001

Relating to the above scenario

15Mil oppis converted = $1.5mil cost @ convertion 15 x $10k = $150k PROFIT =$1.35Mil


15Mil oppis sold @ 9.5c = $1.425mil cost of oppis $15k PROFIT = $1.41Mil

Profit on above scenario puts the unconverted oppi scenario up by $60k

Tbird if a deal actually takes place i wont be selling early that's for sure as a matter of interest apart from the mandate what would your reason be for converting early? P+D to get the oppis over the line maybe but were already there.
