well look at the facts
in 1980 you could buy a 2 bedroom villa unit in Perth for $31000
ok interest rates were 18%
and i was earning $20,000 pa
the same villa units are now selling for well over $400,000
and wages have maybe tripled in that time
if wages had gone up by the same amount
we would all be 0n well over $200,000 pa
