I have thought over about the significance of the statement from the company about revenue within 12 months. Robert have said that they have been in discussions for about a year with 3 tech companies. So an announcement could come anytime from now. The risk of not holding AZK from now on is too great as I see the first partnering with a major to be an enormous endorsement of this technology. 1PG keeps announcing contracts even before option to acquire was confirmed so I can't see why Branchip couldn't announce anything before relisting.
I like the fact that Robert Mitro is an American with tremendous credentials, and that Brainchip Inc is Californian based. The yanks have a knack for making everything they do BIG. Look at all the big names, not just in the tech space either. Look at 1PG, first started with the same lame questions from Aussie investors - if it's so good why list on the ASX? Then bang bang bang! Big names started signing up. 2 cornerstone investors started to chip in recently as well, and they are not Australian either.
So look at how Robert Mitro is playing this - straight to the global scene! New York, LA, Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney, Melbourne. 1PG had 10 times over subscription for their re-listing cr. It will be very interesting to see how Brainchip compare.
