Is the partnership an affiliate program?
If so what are the commission rates ?

Is the partnership a licencing agreement ?
If so how much is the licence and where did the cash come from ?
Nothing is really for free.

IF and I say IF this scenario makes some money - surely it will go to paying the liquidators and debts owed by GoConnect Australia - that "little mess" is still hanging around.

I am very keen to see the liquidators report to ASIC and their recommendations.
Top of my list is to see what actions can / will be taken against the sole director.
