Nice thought - a speeding ticket . However I don't see it happening around these levels as regulator knows the stock has been sold down (and has formed a reverse head and shoulders, signifying a trend change), oil has bottomed and is recovering, plus the Chatchai dispute does not seem to be getting worse and maybe it will resolve as you say. We'd see a big uptick in price if it did.
