When the trading halt was called I didn't think I would be able to buy more at less than 0.60c. Was able to pick up 2 more lots in the low 40's So I guess I should thank all the professional down rampers and those who are unable to comprehend the magnitude of Ton's recent anns.
YXJC deal for expandable graphite - 100,000 tonnes/year at current price $1500/t. They want 200,000 tonnes! From scoping study cost of production is $338!! That's a great margin and safety net of min. $1000/t. Bet AGO would have liked a $100/t safety net on their iron ore. Also TON not subjected to competition from their rivals in Africa because YXJC agree to only buy from TON.
SQZG. Letter of intent. - 200,000 tonnes/year and they wanted 400,000t.!!! Will provide $200m funding for plant by equity or debt at TON's discretion. IMO debt would be paid out very quickly. And we have not heard from the Japanese or Americans yet. The Chinese are all over us.(SYR's hands are tied.)
If a better offer were to come in then TON are not obligated to accept SQZG offer. We could see an auction for our fabulous graphite and how much Vanadium by product would be released from the production of 500,000 tonnes of graphite per year???
IMO TON should be worth many times Syr's market cap. We don't have our hands tied, our resource is far bigger, our off-takes are far bigger, will probably have a second plant at Ancuabe and be in production first, no rivers to cross and further resources to tap like Chalmers.
I never post on stocks that I don't hold and never intend to like MNS & SYR. I think its very rude. On the TON thread we have to wade through about 90% downers and no consequence posts to find the 10% of jewels. Recommend for more detail the excellent recent posts of ozpolarbear, Milanese 68, earlyrise, bobsa, captain morgan.
