The minimum wage is actually zero or the dole. Having no job is the minimum wage.
If there is a legal minimum of say $15 an hour, which is already a poverty rate, then you believe that unemployed should be made to work for less than this legal minimum? Is this what you are saying?
How about the rentier extortionists who can charge tenants whatever they please, and then when stats looks at basic living costs, they have to include the rentier extortionate rent demands as part of the dole and pensions? So land holders are welfare bludgers then.
