in the long run, a well-set stop loss based on the amount of speculation in the stock will save you 9/10 times.
This has been proven over and over, if you don't like stop loss, that's your own discretion but I wouldn't start refuting it as the best way to protect capital in trading (not investing).
On the flip side, if you find that you're constantly getting into stocks which fall 10%+ then rise again, I'd suggest your entry was wrongbut that's just me.
