No you don't have 8 months to get in and participate in the Roc drill. A dip to 8 is quite possible AFTER Roc, if as is likely, Roc is a duster. The oiler patch is a binary world. You"ll be buying for the secondary story if you buy then, having totally missed the boat for the risky but potentially highly rewarding primary story. Of course you"ll pay less for a secondary story (although I am not sure you"ll even get 8 if it is a duster, management have 8 months to develop a plan B, and will still have enough cash to support more than 8 cps).
