re: still hope for you lot! CAZ should explain what a judicial inquiry can and cannot do.
It is my understanding that it CANNOT overturn the ministers decision but CAN alter the process in which these decisions are arrived at in the future.
Obviously CAZ management are aware of this and yet they still go to press vowing to fight implying they can win.
Win what?
As for the involvement of the shareholders association it is not their duty to dispute govt decisions but to ensure that the integrity of public listed companies management.
They should be having a hard look at McMahon/CAZ and their reporting practices to both asx and the media.
I certainly would not be buying CAZ in the midst of this hoopla.
This decision was arrived at ..!!! at the ministers discretion...!!!
