    We all knew PTX was cheap but good to have external confirmation of this

    Valuation:A$35m or A$0.66 per share
    We value Prescient at A$35m or A$0.66 per share, compared to its market capitalisation of A$4m
    . Taking into account 14m potential deferred acquisition shares and 6.4m options we calculate a diluted value of A$0.48 per share (this does not account for any dilution from additional~A$6m funding we estimate may
    be required in FY16).

    They need to take a lead from NRT and go to the US Instos for funding
