Mcees, can't for the life of me see a bank lending to anteo. Just coz it's cashflow positive doesn't mean much. What about tangible security? What's the interest coverage ratios? Plenty of cf positive companies have interest coverage ratios less than what the banks accept. Plus, ADO itself is massively cashflow negative am acquisition would need to become significantly cashflow positive to negate this. You might benefit from chatting to a banker to realise just how far away ado are from debt funding.
