    The Australian [abb]

Three years ago, Jian Zhong Yin was working for a Chinese
property company along the waterfront area of Shanghai.
Today he calls himself a local of Kununurra [pop 7000] in
the Kimberley, overseeing China's biggest investment in Aust
Ag: A $1 billion foray in the fabled Ord river irrigation scheme.

Mr Yin head of Kimberley AG Investments is the new face of
Chinese investment in Australia. He will play a key role in
determining the fate of the decades long struggle to turn the
fertile soils of Northern Australia into a giant food bowl.

Owned by China's private Shanghi Zhong Fu Group,Kai is
poised to begin growing crops outside Kununurra within a
few months.Starting with Chia and Sorghum as part of its
ultimate goal of developing a large scale sugar industry in
    the region.

The WA Govt recently announced Kai as the successful
candidate to transform 13,400 Ha of Ord scrub into
irrigated farmland. Mr Yin marvels at the vast open spaces
of the Kimberley.."here in WA you have more arable land
than we have in the whole of China."

Kai has also bought a hotel with the aim of improving its
facilities and attracting more Chinese tourists to the town.
Mr Yin and Kai needs access to even 'more land' -across
the border in the NT--to underpin construction of a $100
million sugar mill in the Kimberly.

With the industry and patience of the Chinese,Australia is soon
to witness our last frontier being harnessed by people whose
ancestors, sailed here in Junks over a thousand years ago.
    [Cpt Cook was a pussy!

With 'Northern's planned production in 2017 [sooner? ..and
corporations surveying the area for large mineral deposits,
Halls Creek is destined to become the fastest growing Shire
    in WA.

As Jevon's Paradox is now illuminated with unimaginable
future Technology for our Heavies,-the 'boy that cried wolf'
theme being generated by knuckle-draggers in this Forum
is unfortunate.Their cause is so blinding that they are unable
    to see outside it.

    Long Story Short..

Jien mining,is a miner with strong contacts in Shanghai.
[Shanghai again In 2014 China overtook the U.S. as the
world's largest economic power. This event has received little
attention. Most 'experts' dismiss this historic event of passing
    the baton.

All Major and Commercial Banks in China are State owned
and the Chinese Govt stand behind them. These Banks are
very liquid and have deposits equal to 140% of GDP compared
    to 55% in the U.S.

Both Central and Local Govt sit on trillions of dollars worth of
high quality public assets, plus the $4 trillion foreign exchange
reserve "war chest." Jien mining would have a key to this door,
    IMO.

China,Japan and the U.S. [soon Australia] have strong defense
issues. So it will be an interesting outcome to witness who will be
the Major beneficiary of 'Northern's -now- strategic assets. For
this is not a time to be tip toeing through the tulips, especially
    with rouge neighbors.

'Jack'.."Chinese 'new' Dysprosium' production growth is 'tapped out'
All new DY production will have to come from outside China."

Anyone who has studied NTUs geology will see that this company
has astoundingly good prospects for "very large" HRE deposits. And
the Chinese are RIGHT ON IT!

    Go well Guys,

    HM.
