MAD is a different company.Prior to Brad simmons joining,there was a lot of Director buying over a few years,they lost a lot of money when TTE's project did not pan out as well as they thought along with shareholders,so i would not say that the board before brad simmons joined it was dishonest,and i did not see any share sales at all.They did not profit from the price upswing and lost money when it went down along with all TTE investors.I do not know anything about brad simmons so i cannot comment on it.But there are many examples of projects not working out as well as hoped.Look at BHP for example ,their share price was just under $50 in 2010,on the 15th of Jan it hit an intra day low of $26.50 and it is one the largest miners in the world with *diversified assets.TTE and MAD are nearly single asset companies.At the moment we are looking at Allen Dome as a company making asset,so lets call it a single aset company,its close enough to it.If drover turns out to be one as well it will be double the whammy of good luck and extremely well done by the board.And the share price could go up x 10 depending on what the size of the find is very easily and vice versa! So investors beware ! U can reap huge gains or receive back 1/10 of what u put in.Anyone who buys a small miner and does not see that cannot blame the board alone for their losses.So be aware of outsized gains and outsize losses!!
Another example,bhp lost many millions exploring in africa about 8 yrs ago i think n a particular project.They were basically ripped off and had to write the assets off.Now i wouldnt want to be accusing the then CEO of dishonesty or anything else.It was just a mistake.
