I saw that jihadist doctor tending to babies and possibly wounded. Isn't that the job of a doctor to also treat wounded enemy?

Just to go further, would you consider regular German military same as SS? How about a German military doctor? Are they on a humanitarian mission treating wounded including the enemy?
Maybe tony should destroy the family home of local jihadist going over like Israel. Or internment? Or maybe we use food to convert? Some whacky options to consider done in jest.
