I agree Mango it's all pretty non-committal time wise, I do however like this from the quartery which follows Robo's snippet -

    "
Work on strategic and mutually beneficial technological processes associated with the use of Bacchus Marsh brown coal has also commenced.
A review of the work required to improve the status of the Brown Coal Resource at Bacchus Marsh to Indicated has determined that the proposed work can be achieved under the new Low Impact Exploration guidelines established by the Victorian Government last quarter. This will significantly reduce the ‘red tape’ and therefore the costs of achieving the required work.

    "

As I posted previously, IK apparently recently mentioned Exergen changing demo plans to an area that involved less red tape. That could possibly be Bacchus or Geelong.

The green fuel project mentioned here is interesting, and it's on the Bacchus Geelong Road which is also the pipeline route Exergen have proposed to transport slurry from BM to port -

"Enterprise Geelong executive director Russell Walker said it was too early to name the businesses, but said a broad range of industries were covered. He said the two largest projects were by separate green fuel companies, who, in combination, were forecasting the creation of 800 jobs."

    "The jobs
Petroleum and coal product manufacturing: 800"
