But the size of the potential market that cardiocel and other applications of adapt technology can be used for, and has a very good chance of becoming the product of choice.

There are in excess of 200 thousand cardiothoracic procedures performed in the USA that are all potential uses of cardiocel ( I recall reading somewhere that patches were used to close pericardium, so cases that don't require a patch could end up requiring one). We may not gain complete uptake by all for all procedures, but there is every possibility that we can.

Selling 200 000+ patches to the US each year for cardiothoracic uses alone...... yeah, I may be dreaming - almost delusional, but in the absence of any evidence that shows that we can not achieve this, I will continue to dream of what could be (and be happy if we only get part of the way).

Cormatrix reported selling to almost 850 centres across the states..... I don't see why AHZ can not achieve the same, with a product reported to be of superior quality.
