Lee Rodne is one of the biggest holders in AHZ and some directors don't hold at all. I know it's not the biggest issue but I'm not a big fan of having directors with no skin in the game. The bigger issue for me is the botched capital raising the current lack of ability to provide returns on investor funds. Diluting existing investors and the structure of the raising was just unbelievably poor for a professional organisation. Management need to start justifying the spend (with dollars not words) otherwise when they go back to the well again they will find it is dry. I'm a believer in the company (based on cardiocel) but they are quickly burning shareholder goodwill and I am not immune from that.
