The situation of permitting should progress as fast as the relevant departments are prepared or able to complete their statutory responsibilities. In very simple terms they will determine the timing. What I would like readers to fully understand is that DER are in principle happy with the Tailngs Dam design. A site visit by either them or another official was delayed due to annual leave in April. Hopefully that visit is now scheduled. As I understand it three separate government departments need to sanction plant operating design and mining plans.
Certainly NB believes we are in the home straight but forecasting the time I will take is frustrating but it will happen.

On another aspect which is the rush to get drilling going, it just reinforces my belief that a small CR is inevitable to keep the momentum at Pilgangoora going. If time is the essence the CR will be with sophisticated investors.

Chill out folks, it will take as long as is required to satisfy statutory requirements. I applaud NBs decision to keep the drilling going, Pilgangoora is the prize that will enrich all shareholders once it is completed and if the results continue in the same way as recent drill results we will all get the outcome we want.
