Well they need to make their minds up you can't remain explorers if you are taken over..
I don't think there is any doubt Management would like to go to production that is where the highest value lies ..now will they get that far or sell right at production who knows..Management I'm sure aim for one outcome and plan for all other possibilities...it's just another analyst talking his book IMO it's what his clients want to hear...many don't like being told something could go on for years.
