Doughboy, you can't say that because we don't know what the reasoning is. Perhaps CAZ is a Taliban operative and they were going to mine the site to raise money for terrorist activities. Then perhaps the decision is OK. But secret “public interest” is Stalinism. It brings nothing but contempt for the system. Sure there will be criticism of any decision they make, but not to disclose it is far more menacing. It’s not democratic
