The company down the track will have to be sold above $1b and well above.
My figure in my head is 47c minimum which will only be equivalent to the Hardman T/O
and obviously once we have more confirmed facts and in perhaps in time we can compare
ourselves to being in a better or worse position than Hardman.
For me anyway, that gives me some sort of guide.
We must remember that Hardman was a 4c stock and managed to get to $2.02 before being taken over and
about $2.42 I think was its high before it settled back to $2.02. So not necessarily our FAR is going to be gobbled up immediately.
Why did it get to $2.42, well I would say investors were hoping for another offer which didn`t eventuate, though things are different a decade later.....but we just might find ourselves eventually in a bidding war.
