I can kind of see where Q/H are coming from with their argument that 25% wouldn't be easy to determine due to differences in concentrate values. But, they have been mining for long enough that my statistics training tells me they would have a large enough sample of drummed concentrate to work out an 'average' value. All they would need to do is set points throughout the year where this 'average' is checked to make sure it stays within a predetermined %.

So, therefore it's a rather superfluous argument Q/H
