    A courier made an error which has now been corrected. Get over it!

    Carpenter made pretty clear warnings to everyone not to speculate.

    Its a bit like seeing a sign that says dangerous cliff ahead dont proceed, but you ignore it and go crashing to the bottem of the valley. whose fault is that?
