re: mr bowler replying me maintaining the integrity of the previous precedents is a huge puclic interest arguement in itself.. it will only cause more contention and waste adminsitration time and money now..
Effectively public interest must be worth a shot for any company on any application now.. The abuse of s111a in this situation will likely force it to be changed because it has been used totally out of the spirit and context it was intended for..
