Cape Lambert Resources went to the Singapore Arbitrator a few years back over an unpaid $80M from MCC of China, I understand they were successful with this action. Lets hope this thing doesn't go to court and we get a settlement of around 80% of what is owed. If not this saga could drag on for months.
