I was involved in legislation and the industry post the Whisky Au Go Go fire in Queensland decades back - that fire changed for good - engineering and the building industry with regards to fire prevention.

The article below - to me, means  - one thing - that shonky material is right through the industry atm -  that means one thing - it is only a matter of time before there is a major fire with large life loss.

When that happens - legislation will be investigated heavily - and almost for sure - new laws/regulations will come in or change.

In this era - the environmental side will come into play - and, possibly - maybe even probably - involve AJX - anyway - for your interest.
