News reports in the last few hours indicate that Scott Morrison is not going to implement the recommendations of The Productivity Commission regarding slashing rebates to high income earners, a tapering of the 50% is on the table.
The problem will be reducing the number of hours in care for non working families, and of course, getting it all through The Senate.
