Tangible / Oke ................... I believe the financier would definitely want a copy or two of the FS .......... I have done many feasibility studies in my job and the clients were very conscious on what the banks want to see in the study regarding the engineering viability of the project plus all costings ie CAPEX, OPEX proposed product pricing and etc. so yes IMO the financier would not even look at providing finance unless there was a FS available which was completed by a recognisable company.
