This happens to a lot of companies. Volume decline corresponding with share price decline. Are you posting on those companies threads how those companies are frauds. No. Of course not. The share price decline is happening because investors are ... well ... there is no nice way to phrase it. I suppose fear is the most likely emotion to lead to wealth destroyment as we have seen with SBB. People selling for massive losses even though the fundamentals are sound and the price is ridiculously undervalued.
A good SP based off fundamentals would be in the 20-30c range. Maybe even higher. Value investors should be jumping all over SBB, but still 'fear' is keeping them out.
The 0.00001% chance that this company is a fraud.
Funny how some investors jump all over Australian companies where fraud is obvious yet stay clear of SBB where people are just wildly speculating.
That is why the SP is declining.
Volume is declining because this is so undervalued SH it would be 'stupid' to sell at the moment, while fear is keeping people from buying.
Eliminate that fear and the SP will sky rocket.
Management is just not doing anything to eliminate that fear.
