Share trading is a strange and volatile beast. The company's fundamentals provide the backbone but the buying and selling is a different ball game. It's like one lemming asks another "why did you jump off the cliff ?" A: "I jumped because I saw him jump". The opposite goes with buying. If I was the law maker I would put a minimum holding period of at least 1 week, not milliseconds. Those who can trade professionally or manipulate with deep pockets are skimming the naive.
