Currently 451M shares in issue & $5M in the bank, the 2 groups are putting in an addition $20M and getting 1.5B new shares (effectively at $0.0132) which was a premium to the price the shares were trading at last week. They also got options & Tinker gets shares provided certain milestones are achieved ie the shareprice goes over 2.5 cents, 5 cents and 10 cents.
