On 28 april BSM announced it was selling it's Tasmanian Assets include the Fossey and Que River Mines, which contain base metals inventories of Zinc and Lead. At this stage it has entered into a 60 day Exclusivity Period with Moreton Resources and on this news spiked to .7c.
due diligence is due to be finalised by the end of may and if they can jag a miĺlion for it then sp Should surpass the last spike.
Current shares on issue is 376M So if they recieve a million for the asset sale they will have 1.3M In cash. Add to this the possibility of more cash coming from the liongold litigation then the co could have a nice looking bank balance for a shell.
