Jackarooz, IMO this CR is at say 38-40c for $2M to fund the Ancuabe drilling program. The CRs have been deliberately small to conserve funds and keep dilution to a minimum while the SP recovers. The Company has also had the benefit of "in the money" options providing them with ongoing working capital.
Blueballs usually has his finger on the pulse and we may hear from him before Monday.
IMO, there is nothing wrong with dilution. As Don said a while back, in the less than 24 months the Company commencing graphite production with issued capital of say 600M shares would be a great investment to have. Captain Morgan mentioned today we may even have a result of the funding facility and offtake agreement before the AGM.
I believe initially the 100M equity facility will be used before the $100M debt facility as equity is less risky and the least expensive. Without a doubt, as the Company heads towards production, the combination of equity and debt will be managed to the Company's advantage.
Please DYOR.
