In the original Sanofi Agreement - UNS wanted 2 years notice to install capacity or increase capacity. I would take it that UNS would want/need similar time to install a production line for any product. So if you want to be buying, you need to sign first and wait.

As far as current capacity - they don't seem to think shareholders should know this, although the DR did say something like 400m capacity across all lines end of 2015 or 2016.
