Investors would value it, IF it was in the hands of credible management. I say again, discount is the result of who is running it, not what the company owns, or its potential. No other answer IMO.

And the dumping continues. I wonder if investors put any value on their 'historical' ability to sell land and make a profit. Maybe we need anegm to change the company's core business. Hocking Stuart franchise maybe? Lol. Clowns.
