Question- stock price

Hi,
This is a question for all the smart readers who have been following Unilife story.
I can see that a lot of people on the board are talking about a deal with Abbvie for possibly one of their drugs. i.e Humara.
Now, it seems like everyone out there seems to know the story.
and it sound amazing.
my question is- why hasn't the stock reacted extremely positively to the rumor?
also, don't you think the potential news is already priced in and may not be good enough to push the stock higher or significantly higher when it does happen or worse sell off on the news?
lastly, if that is the case, then why aren't the shorts covering? i am sure they don't want to pay high margin interest ( for borrowing shares) just to make 5 to 10% on that money. They must be looking at Unilife and thinking that this company keeps diluting their shareholders. have burned hundreds of millions of dollars and haven't really made a dime for their shareholders.
especially during the past 6 year of raging bull market in the US when some of the companies have gone up over 1000% if not more.

i mean, what will sustainably push the stock up without a small pump and then dump?

please, only looking for serious answers.
