I think arwen may be indicating a possibility of a run prior to an announcement occurring based on the obvious information circulating in the market currently, particualy that photo.
If any other stock without the history and disappointment of esi were to have this info floating around they would be currently on a huge run, however all at this stage is not forgiven. If what is expected is to occur I believe forgiveness will arrive as swiftly as a major re rate.
