    ROFL!
One at a time as I get time and if I can be bothered.

"Windows can play all the games on the market, Linux can play a small couple ."

No.  Windows plays all the games made available for Windows PCs!

It is convenient to forget that Xbox, Wii, Playstation and mobile platforms have stolen the focus of the games market away from desktop PCs in general.

My opinion, if you want highest end gaming all the time, use Linux for work for FREE and buy a handfull of dedicated gaming consoles with the money you save by NOT buying a Windows system!  It is a better gaming experience on large TV's and with dedicated controlles all round anyway.

As far as Linux goes, the graphics capabilities and availability of games are no where near as limited as you make out.

SteamOS currently runs 1,000+ modern games for Linux with excellent graphics.  The graphics is up there with the rest.  I guess you weren't aware of that, since that is more than a small couple? Elsewhere, there are huge stocks of FREE games in the (safe virus free!) repositories for download at a moments notice.   There are also a stack elsewhere in other repositories if you want to go searching further.

Not everyone wants games anyway. I certainly don't. They are a waste of time.  The kids love the availability of FREE games on both Linux AND have a console.
