Triton has a letter of intent for upto U.S. $200 Million financing. We are currently in the Due diligence period of the agreement prior to signing.

This cr could well be the last chance for anyone to buy Ton stock sub 40c. I find Rat1973's commentary/insight on funds intriguing. I would imagine if any fund applied/managed to gain some decent allocation in this cr, then any further buying/increasing of holdings by them would likely be on market.

I understand their is considerable new interest in Triton.
