    You didn't answer why people should pay obscene amounts of money for every single piece of software they use on every single machine they have something installed, when there is perfectly good, and sometimes better, software available for free on Linux.

    Microsoft's concept of "free" is that something is on the desktop after you pay. You go to lengths to compare software. In reality, you should be comparing the likes of (truly) free GIMP with "free" (after you pay for OS) MS Paint! What a un-useful piece of junk that has always been! ROFLOL!

    If people want, they can buy Photoshop for Linux. They don't have to though and they still have an extremely powerful graphics editor.
